Dr. Mohamed El Gamal has always loved working with people and realized very early in life that he wanted to enter the medical field. Before deciding on a career in dentistry, Dr. El Gamal worked as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist at the Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg, where he saw firsthand the impact he could have on patients’ lives.
Dr. El Gamal attended the University of Saskatchewan, where he earned his dental qualifications. Following his graduation in 2010, Dr. El Gamal completed a yearlong residency at the University Hospital and City Hospital in Saskatoon. In addition to his dental degree, he also holds a BSc in Biological Sciences from the University of Calgary, a BSc in Medical Radiation Sciences from the University of Toronto, as well as a Diploma in Nuclear Medicine Technology from The Michener Institute.
Dr. Mohamed El Gamal opened Toothville Family Dentistry in 2015. Since that time, he’s enjoyed assisting patients in achieving smiles that boost their confidence and self-esteem. Dr. El Gamal has a particular interest in Oral Surgery, Cosmetic Dentistry, Root Canal Treatment, and Emergency Dentistry.
To continue providing the best care to his patients, Dr. El Gamal regularly takes continuing education courses on topics such as dental implants, bone grafting, and Invisalign®.
