Dr Walji joined Toothville in 2024. What she enjoys most about her career is the ever-changing nature of the field and the variety it provides her on a daily basis. Working at Toothville on patients of all ages gives her the opportunity to execute a broad range of procedures everyday. Since the field of dentistry is so diverse, she actively pursues continuing education opportunities to build her skillset, most recently taking courses in Pediatric Dentistry, Invisalign, and Botox. In particular, Dr Walji has a keen interest in dental aesthetics, and aims to address the aesthetic and functional needs of her patients to optimize their treatment outcomes.
Dr Walji was born and raised in Vancouver. She attended Simon Fraser University where she earned a BSc in Biological Sciences, and the University of British Columbia where she earned a BDSc in Dental Hygiene. After practicing as a Dental Hygienist for a few years, she decided to shift gears and pursue a career in dentistry. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Alberta and has been practicing in Calgary since graduating
